A wine with a strong character, embodying the best characteristics of the Volcano.

Colour: Ruby red with garnet reflections
Bouquet: Elegant and intense with hints of red fruits and vanilla

Pairings: Game, light meats and tasty cheeses
Vinification: In steel for 2 months, then in tonneaux and French barriques for 12-15 months; bottle-ageing for 4 months.
