Soil: Black soil 200-450 mt. a.s.l.
Colour: Yellow with greenish reflections with tiny and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Fruity and floral with subtle hints of green apple
Palate: Dry, fresh with vegetal notes, synonymous with great youthfulness
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes
Vinification: Secondary fermentation by the Charmat method. Matures in the bottle for at least 3 months.
