This Etna white wine, a blend of Carricante and Catarratto grapes, reveals the minerality of Etna wines. An engaging, exciting wine, both delicate and decisive, capable of expressing its territory from the very first sip.

Pairings: All fish dishes, also fresh and pleasant with Etna cheeses
Vinification: Matured 3 months in steel vats and at least 4 months in the bottle.
