Roasted hazelnuts (30 %), sugar, fresh pasteurised eggs, type ’00’ wheat flour, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, type ‘0’ wheat flour. Ingredients for the extra bitter chocolate coating (20 %): sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier (soya lecithin E 322), flavourings.
