An olive-shaped dessert with a touch of history, legend and tradition. A symbol of the Agatha celebrations in Catania: beautiful to look at, delicious to eat. According to legend, Agatha, fleeing from Quinziano’s soldiers, stopped to lace up a stocking, right at a spot where an olive tree was sprouting, allowing her to hide and eat. Today, this magical moment is celebrated with these delicious almond paste sweeties. A tradition to be discovered, rediscovered and preserved. Product sold in packs of 9pcs.
